The staff is always friendly and after just 2 visits they remember my order as soon as I walk in. Also, their catering is spot on. I've ordered for a number of functions.

I just ordered my sandwich to be delivered to a local car dealership with very clear instructions on where to find me. (Walk into the HUGE showroom, ask for Ashley, I will be to the left). The delivery kid walked all over the store before I realized he was here. And on top of it, when I got my sandwich there are NO napkins. Seriously? I'm supposed to eat my Vito that has lots of oil etc and my pickle without a way to clean off my hands? I work a lot of shifts here and now know I won't be ordering any dinner or lunches from your location. I'm very disappointed with this store.

We ordered 2 sandwiches for ~$20 online at approximately 3 pm on 9/5 that never came. We called the store multiple times, and we called corporate. Eventually we were given the explanation that "corporate never turned off the online ordering functionality" and we would be getting an automatic credit within the week. Still have not received the credit, and will not be ordering from this establishment again.

Love Jimmy Johns...bread, freshness, service. Last week walked into the Glen Ellyn unit and music blaring. They were glad to turn it down. Went again today...gray and cold outside & when we walked in the room cold. There were two fans running toward the high tops in front where we sat. It was even more cold and windy. We didn't take our coats off...as two others customers didn't also. Ate quickly, hands freezing and out. Might be a couple of small things, but comfort and sound important part of coming in. Could it be the staff likes the music loud and temp to their comfort. (Some had t shirts on!).... Don't think we'll eat in again....next thing, you forget to come all together.

I have ordered from this location 8 times and out off that I can honestly say that the have managed to get my order done right one time. Yesterday I order a sandwich for delivery when it get here the hot peppers I wanted in the sandwich where in a container I asked him about it and he said it was already wrapped and they didn't want to rewrap it and thought it was ok send it to me that way. So I get it and I let that slide because I had to go to work. I get to work go to add the peppers to my sandwich and find tomatoes on my sandwich which again I asked for it not to be in my food. (I am very allergic to tomatoes and if I had taken a bite out of that sandwich I would be writing this from a hospital bed.) so I try to call Jimmy the today 9/7/10 and talk to a manager and he tells me pretty much I am making this up and to bring the sandwich to prove they f**ked up. I told him I tossed it after I saw the tomato on my sandwich. He says there is nothing he can do because I could not call them and tell them it was messed up before they closed for the day. So I am out the money I spent on my food that I could not eat. The food is good I just wish the staff actually cared to do the job right. No customer service skills are present at that location.

we all know this chain, and it kicks subway's and quizno's ass, hands down. great french bread, fresh ingredients, real hellmans and grey poupon....and...the sandwich is made fast, really fast. oh yeah, dont forget the great salt and vinegar chips. the catering is excellent too.

Everything about this place is great. My only comment would be that I wish they were open late to cater to the bar crowd as there have been many times I have attempted to get a delicious sandwich only to see that they are closed.
